Home Air Check Terms and Conditions
BY ORDERING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The results contained in any report are dependent upon a number of factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the sampling techniques utilized, the size or source of the sample, the compounds which make up the Tobacco Smoke and/or the type of Tobacco Smoke present (mainstream, secondhand, or third hand smoke). Prism can only report on the results of the tests performed on the sample(s) obtained and delivered by the client. Prism in no way warrants, represents or implies that additional samples will achieve a similar test result if tested. Home Air Check and Tobacco Smoke Check laboratory results are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for an industrial hygiene site assessment.
Prism does not warrant that the contents of any report will meet the end user’s requirements, or that the assessment, evaluation or testing of the sample or any part thereof will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects in the sample will be corrected. Prism does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the testing, assessment or evaluation of the sample(s) in terms of their correctness, accuracy, liability or otherwise.
Neither Prism, nor any of its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, employees, or successors (the “Prism Parties”) expresses any opinion about action which may or should be taken based upon the results provided. Furthermore the Prism Parties shall not be liable for any claims, actions, causes of action, costs, loss of service, expenses and compensation whatsoever which may now or hereafter occur or accrue based upon the information contained in any report.
Home Air Check Return Policy
As a company known for its integrity and quality, Prism Analytical Technologies (providers of Home Air Check) guarantees that the sampling equipment used to collect your home air sample arrives in excellent working condition. If, however, the equipment arrives damaged or does not work properly, please e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship a replacement kit to you at no extra charge.
In addition, we are confident that you will find great value in the information our test provides. However, if for any reason you change your mind about performing our test, Prism will issue a refund for a portion of the purchase price, if the following procedures have been followed:
- Australia and New Zealand customers must promptly notify Building Health Check Ltd that they are returning the kit and do not wish for a sample to be analysed. Contact with Building Health Check Ltd can be made via email to email@example.com.
- The Home Air Check test kit is returned to Building Health Check Ltd unused and complete with all accessories and in original packaging using the pre-addressed label for easy return.
- The Home Air Check test kit is returned within 14 days of receipt of kit.
If all the above conditions are met, Prism will issue a refund for the purchase price minus all shipping costs (both the shipping of the kit to you and return shipment to Building Health Check Ltd) and a $30 per sampling tube cleaning charge. We must withhold $30 for each tube because once they are shipped, tubes cannot be used again unless they have been recertified.
Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a sample has been analysed
Please also note that orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund once shipment has been confirmed.
Order Change or Cancellation
An order can be modified or cancelled prior to shipment from our facility by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation of shipment email when your package has shipped. We are sorry that we cannot offer a full refund or change an order once it has been shipped. (Refer to our Return Policy.)
